Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of stitchae (stitchae.com), operated by 제이제이컴퍼니 (JJ Company)(“Company”), a marketplace for digital knitting/crochet PDF patterns. The Korean version prevails in case of any discrepancy.
1. Accounts
Sign-up is via Kakao/Naver/Google social login. Required information (name, email, nickname, profile image, mobile phone number, year of birth) is collected at sign-up; no separate password is used. Some items may be entered during the sign-up completion step. See the Privacy Policy for details.
2. Use of Service
Purchased patterns are digital content for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, sharing, or resale of pattern files is prohibited.
3. Payment, Withdrawal & Refunds
Patterns are digital content available immediately upon payment. Under Korean e-commerce law, the right of withdrawal is generally restricted once the content has been downloaded, except where the content is materially defective or differs from its description.
4. Copyright
Each pattern’s copyright belongs to its designer. Buyers receive only the usage rights defined in these Terms.
