제이제이컴퍼니 (JJ Company) (“Company”) operates stitchae (stitchae.com). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how long we keep it. The Korean version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

2. Purpose of Use

Account identification, sign-up/login, identity verification
Selling digital patterns, payment, download entitlement management, support
Fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance
Notifications and events (with consent)

3. Retention

Member data: until account deletion (then destroyed after a minimum legally required period)
E-commerce records: retained per Korean law (contracts/withdrawal 5 yrs, payment/supply 5 yrs, complaints/disputes 3 yrs)

4. Third-Party Provision & Processors

We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except the minimum required for payment via processors (Toss Payments in Korea, Stripe overseas). Data processing is entrusted to Supabase (auth/DB), AWS (Seoul region infra), and Cloudflare (CDN/security).
