Refund Policy

1. Withdrawal is restricted

Once a purchased PDF has been downloaded (accessed), the right of withdrawal/refund is restricted, as use is deemed to have begun.

2. Refunds are available when

• Not downloaded: full refund within 7 days of payment if never downloaded
• Defective content: file is corrupt/unopenable or materially differs from its description → refund or replacement
• Duplicate/erroneous charge due to a system error → full refund

3. Refunds are not available for

• Change of mind after downloading
• Subjective reasons (difficulty, taste, expectations)
• Buyer’s mistaken purchase already downloaded
